Once a client becomes a member, they are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who acts as their single point of contact. The Account Manager:

Coordinates with appropriate service providers or vendors
Oversees the process and follow-ups
Shares updates and confirmations
Continues support on an as-and-when-needed basis

Each request is handled individually, based on its nature, location, and complexity.

Our Service Model

OCI Concierge follows a cost-plus service fee model.

The actual cost charged by vendors, service providers, or government bodies is communicated clearly.
A service fee is applied for coordination and management.
The exact fee structure is shared after understanding the scope of work.

This ensures transparency and clarity before any task is taken forward.
